Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Trainee in the Global Mobility and Compensation wing, your daily operational routines will include:
Compliance Monitoring: Tracking business travelers across international borders and proactively identifying risks related to immigration, employment law, and tax regulations.
Expatriate Compensation Management: Accumulating, processing, and validating payroll and non-payroll assignment components for mobile employees.
Payroll Coordination: Partnering deeply with internal payroll desks and external relocation/tax vendors to ensure timely, error-free delivery of monthly and year-end compensation data.
System Administration: Updating and maintaining accurate databases within the internal Assignment Management software tool and generating formal relocation documentation.
Process Optimization: Collaborating closely with regional case managers to systematically review daily workflows and suggest digital improvements.
Required Skills & Eligibility Criteria

Academic Baseline: Must hold a completed Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA).
