📝 Role Summary
Lokal is looking for content-first creators who can create relatable, high-performing short videos for social media platforms.
This role is perfect if:

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Create 60 short-form videos per month (Reels / Shorts style)
- Shoot face-cam and storytelling-based content
- Follow scripts and creative directions from the marketing team
- Improve hook rate, watch time, and conversions
- Participate in weekly performance reviews
- Maintain high creative quality with consistent output
- Incorporate feedback and improve content performance over time
✅ Requirements
- Ability to shoot clean, natural videos (mobile phone is enough)
- Strong interest in content creation and storytelling
- Understanding of reels trends, hooks, and audience psychology
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent output
- Willingness for long-term association & remote work
