Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Sprinto, you will work closely with the recruitment team to manage the end-to-end candidate hiring lifecycle:
Pipeline Management: Keep candidate pipelines organized, accurate, and moving smoothly through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Recruitment Operations: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to track applications, complete follow-ups, and avoid process bottlenecks.
Process Improvement: Identify manual or inefficient hiring steps and help optimize recruitment workflows and documentation.
Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate candidate data, hiring metrics, and funnel reporting.
Eligibility Criteria & Preferred Skills
Availability: Candidates available to join immediately.
Communication: Clear, thoughtful, and empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
Mindset: Strong ownership, high attention to detail, and a bias toward action.
Preferred Experience: Prior exposure or internships in recruiting, HR, customer operations, or ATS systems is a plus—though curiosity and learning velocity matter most.
