Key Responsibilities
As a Voice Process Executive at Sutherland, your core day-to-day operations will include:
International Customer Support: Handling inbound/outbound calls to assist international clients with general service queries or fundamental technical troubleshooting.
Problem Diagnosis: Listening actively to accurately identify technical issues, matching client needs with internal knowledge bases, and escalating complex queries when required.
Data Log Management: Accurately logging customer case details and call interactions into CRM databases during and after every client call.
Performance SLAs: Consistent adherence to quality standards, average handling time (AHT) goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Candidate Profile & Job Criteria
Language Command: Outstanding verbal English communication skills with absolute clarity of thought and clear pronunciation.
Joiner Status: Priority preference will be given to Immediate Joiners who can complete onboarding procedures without long notice delays.
