📌 Key Responsibilities

As a Collections Specialist at Sutherland, you will:

• Review open accounts from the daily aging report.
• Make collection calls (inbound/outbound) and follow up on payment arrangements.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, ensuring timely payments.
• Handle customer service regarding statements, refunds, and billing issues.
• Escalate unresolved non-payments or concerns.
• Update trackers, perform quality checks, and adhere to SOPs.
• Assist in audits, internal assessments, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Billing, and Operations teams for smooth transactions.
• Participate actively in Learning & Development initiatives.

✅ Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree (B.Com preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
