Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the face of the company for international clients.
- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Resolution: Assist customers with queries and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Quality: Meet performance benchmarks and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Work Week: 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs.
- Joining: Immediate joiners (who can join by May) are highly preferred.
