• Process Execution: Assist international customers with inquiries, maintain accurate case records, and meet standard SLA performance metrics.
• Shift Roster: Work in a standard 5-day work pattern with 2 rotational off days, operating predominantly in night shifts.

2. Candidate Eligibility & Experience

• Work Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers and experienced candidates are both eligible).
• Joining Availability: Looking strictly for immediate joiners.
