Key Responsibilities
As a New Campus Associate, your day-to-day corporate operations will center on customer experience management:
Omnichannel Support: Resolve client inquiries, service requests, and technical issues efficiently via phone calls, emails, live chat, or official social media handles.
Target Management: Work systematically to achieve monthly performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and operational productivity goals.
Compliance & Security: Maintain strict data integrity by adhering fully to data security protocols and non-disclosure agreements (NDA).
