- Customer Support & Resolution: Deliver outstanding customer experience via calls, emails, chat, or social media by effectively resolving inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Goal Attainment: Achieve monthly targets related to Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and productivity metrics (SLAs).
- Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and corporate data security policies.
- Continuous Learning: Complete mandated upskilling, e-courses, attend coaching sessions, and implement feedback constructively.
- Operational Adherence: Maintain 100% schedule adherence, zero unscheduled absenteeism, and contribute to minimizing program shrinkage.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
1. Educational Qualification
- Degree Requirements: Any full-time Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) Degree across streams including Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, MCA, etc. (Targeting recent passouts).
2. Additional Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
