Job Role – International Non-Voice Customer Support

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Providing support via chat and email (Non-Voice process)
  • Handling customer queries for international clients
  • Ensuring timely resolution with high customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining quality standards and process guidelines
  • Collaborating with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers & Experienced candidates (0–3 years)
  • Excellent English communication (Written & Verbal)
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (Mainly rotational)
  • Immediate availability to join
  • Any graduate or non-graduate can apply
