Job Role – International Non-Voice Customer Support
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing support via chat and email (Non-Voice process)
- Handling customer queries for international clients
- Ensuring timely resolution with high customer satisfaction
- Maintaining quality standards and process guidelines
- Collaborating with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers & Experienced candidates (0–3 years)
- Excellent English communication (Written & Verbal)
- Willingness to work in night shifts (Mainly rotational)
- Immediate availability to join
- Any graduate or non-graduate can apply
