🎬 About the Role
As a Part-Time Tamil Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for editing and producing high-quality short-form videos for our Instagram and YouTube channels. The content will focus mainly on educational and informative topics, designed to engage Tamil-speaking audiences across platforms.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) in Tamil language
- Ensure content is engaging, visually appealing, and platform-optimized
- Collaborate with the content and creative team to meet publishing deadlines
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms
- Prepare final cuts ready for upload to Instagram and YouTube
✅ Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in video editing (preferably for digital or social media)
- Fluency in Tamil (both spoken and written)
- Strong skills in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts trends and formats
- Excellent sense of storytelling, timing, and pacing
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality edits daily
- Basic understanding of posting and optimizing content for YouTube and Instagram
