Post-Wise Eligibility Criteria & Experience

1. Relationship Manager (Scale I & II)

• Educational Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 60% marks (First Class) under regular stream.
• Work Experience:
  • Scale I (Assistant Manager Cadre): Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bank in sourcing / processing loans / MSME loans / retail loans.
  • Scale II (Manager Cadre): Minimum 3 years of experience in a Bank in sourcing / processing loans / MSME loans / retail loans.
• Upper Age Limit (as of Aug 31, 2026): Not exceeding 35 Years.

2. Senior Relationship Manager

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation from a recognized University under regular stream.
• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience in sourcing / processing loans / MSME loans, out of which at least 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager.
• Age Limit (as of Aug 31, 2026): Must be between 28 and 38 Years.

Selection Procedure

1. Shortlisting of Applications: Received applications will be evaluated based on academic performance, relevant banking experience, and profile suitability.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person or virtual interview (via Video Conference).
