Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks
Selected professionals will step into an international service delivery framework, managing cross-border client operations:
Service Delivery Management: Owning the end-to-end delivery and installation of telecom services for international customers.
Supplier Coordination: Leading OLO (Other Licensed Operator) delivery management by coordinating with suppliers to secure field resources for priority orders.
SLA & Escalation Control: Ensuring installation functions are completed timely to meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and executing escalation management protocols when project delivery timelines are at risk.
Client Engagement: Driving proactive “Keep Customer Informed” (KCI) communications to keep global accounts updated on order milestones.
