Job Profile & Responsibilities

TCS is seeking Process Associates for the International P&C Insurance domain focusing on Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Servicing.

• Handle end-to-end insurance processes while maintaining high performance standards and SLAs.
• Monitor daily targets within SLO (Service Level Objectives).
• Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify innovative solutions for policy servicing and risk-based thinking.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in International P&C Insurance.
• Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
• Shifts: Must be willing to work in Night Shifts (UK/US shift timings).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Salary History: Mode of salary credit from previous employers must be through Bank (No cash-in-hand history allowed).
