Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive, you will:

• Handle international customer calls and provide exceptional service.
• Resolve product or service-related queries efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records and provide feedback to improve service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0 – 5 years of experience in BPO voice processing or a similar industry.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong listening skills to handle customer queries effectively.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Graduate candidates are welcome, but graduation is not mandatory.
