Roles & Responsibilities
Call Management: Efficiently handle incoming customer phone calls.
Problem Solving: Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within set time limits.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documents.
Customer Satisfaction: Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Information Accuracy: Provide valid and complete information using the company’s standard tools and methods.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Open to both Undergraduates and Graduates in any stream.
Communication: Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
Experience: Both freshers and those with up to 5 years of experience are eligible.
Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
Work Schedule: 5 days working week with rotational shifts and rotational offs.
