Mandatory System & Infrastructure Requirements

Because this is a strict Work from Home role, candidates must possess their own private technical infrastructure to log in. Please note that government-issued laptops are not eligible for this process.

  • Processor: Intel Core i5, AMD Ryzen, or above (7th Generation or higher).
  • Memory & OS: Minimum 8 GB RAM paired with a licensed Windows 10, 10 Pro, 11, or 11 Pro Operating System.
  • Internet Connectivity: A dedicated broadband or Wi-Fi setup maintaining a stable network speed of 20 Mbps or above (both download and upload).

Key Responsibilities & Shift Details

As a Voice Process Associate, you will be handling daily customer relations for a major digital retail platform:

  • Inbound Support: Answer incoming phone calls from users to resolve order queries, delivery tracking requests, refunds, or payment issues.
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week with a rotational week-off matrix.
  • Shift Structures: 9-hour rotational shifts (including 8 hours of core productivity login and a 1-hour combined break window).

Eligibility Criteria & Language Proficiencies

  • Language Matrix: Fluent, native-level verbal proficiency in Tamil paired with average, readable English skills.
  • Education Baseline: Open to Any Graduate or Undergraduate candidates.
  • Experience Tiers: Freshers are welcome. For the experienced bracket, a minimum of 6 months in a previous BPO environment is preferred.
  • Age Cap: Candidates up to 30 years of age are eligible to apply.
