🎧 Job Description – Banking Voice Process
As a Customer Support Executive, you will:
- Handle inbound banking-related voice calls
- Assist customers with queries and issue resolution
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Maintain call quality and compliance standards
- Work in a structured shift-based environment
🧾 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass or Above
- Experience: Freshers only
- Languages Required:
- English + Malayalam
- English + Tamil
- English + Telugu
- English + Kannada
- Communication: Excellent spoken English is mandatory
⏰ Shift Details
For Female Candidates:
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
For Male Candidates:
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
💰 Salary Details
- CTC: ₹20,000 per month
- Take Home (TH): ₹16,000 per month
