Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries professionally via email and live chat.
- Backend Data Processing: Process customer requests accurately within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- System Data Entry: Update CRM records and log operational entries into company systems.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily and monthly performance and quality targets.
- Ticket Escalation: Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
