Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries professionally via email and live chat.
• Backend Data Processing: Process customer requests accurately within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• System Data Entry: Update CRM records and log operational entries into company systems.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily and monthly performance and quality targets.
• Ticket Escalation: Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
