As an International Chat Support Executive, you will manage digital real-time customer support queues without voice interactions:
- Real-Time Chat Management: Respond to international customer queries via live chat queues in a clear, concise, and professional tone.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot user problems efficiently while maintaining target Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and First Contact Resolution (FCR) benchmarks.
- CRM Documentation: Maintain precise ticket logging, customer data records, and documentation during chat interactions.
- Shift Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility to work night rotational shifts based on global business demand.
