- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in International Email or Chat support is mandatory.

- Education: Any Graduate (UG or PG) can apply.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts (9-hour shifts).
- Immediate Joiners: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
