The Tamil Nadu Women Employment and Safety (TNWESafe) Project is proud to launch a Logo Design Competition that celebrates women empowerment, safety, and employment. This is an exciting opportunity for creative minds to contribute to a meaningful initiative while gaining recognition and cash rewards.

The logo must represent:
✅ Women’s strength, dignity & confidence
✅ Safety, equality, employment & progress
✅ TNWESafe’s mission to empower women in Tamil Nadu
The design should be:

🔹 Digitally created
📌 The winning logo will become the official identity of TNWESafe and be used on digital platforms, documents, banners, and public campaigns.

- Open to individuals (Open Track)
- Age: 17 years and above (as of 1 Nov 2025)
- Indian citizens only
- No entry fee

📁 Submission Technical Guidelines
Your submission file must be named in the format:
Lastname_Firstname_Title
Include the following:
✔ Logo in JPEG / PNG / PDF
✔ Resolution 300 DPI minimum
✔ Size 15cm x 20cm
✔ All fonts converted to Outlines / Curves
✔ Must be clean, sharp & non-pixelated at 100% view
✔ No watermark
✔ Should work in colour & B/W formats
✔ Editable source file (.AI, .PSD, .SVG) required for winners
⚠ Note: Manual sketches are not allowed. Designs must be digital.
✍ Submission Requirements
Participants must also include:
📝 A short concept note (max 100 words) explaining the idea behind the logo.
🚫 Disqualification Rules
Entries will be rejected if they:
❌ Are plagiarized or violate copyright
❌ Are incomplete or submitted late
❌ Contain offensive or inappropriate content
❌ Use AI-generated artwork without disclosure (if applicable)
❌ Do not follow theme or technical guidelines
🤝 Intellectual Property Rights
- Winning logo copyright will belong to TNWESafe
- TNWESafe can modify or refine the winning design
- Non-winning participants retain ownership but allow their work to be displayed for campaign/exhibition purposes
