As an Email Support Executive at TP, your core operational duties will include:
Written Support: Managing and resolving customer queries across international channels via email and live chat platforms.
Issue Resolution: Delivering accurate, professional, and timely solutions to customer requests while maintaining high service quality.
System Logging: Documenting customer interactions clearly and updating relevant internal CRM systems.
Education: A complete graduate degree from any recognized institution.
Experience Baseline: Ideally, candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, chat support, email ticketing, or an international BPO environment are preferred. However, freshers with top-tier written communication are also encouraged to explore the opportunity.
Language Proficiency: Flawless written and verbal English communication abilities with excellent grammar.
Shift Flexibility: Must be completely comfortable working in rotational day and night shifts within a 24×7 operational environment.
