Job Summary – US Healthcare Call Center Representative

This role involves providing excellent customer support to US-based healthcare clients through calls, emails, and chat. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, document interactions, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working independently in a remote environment.

  • Pacific Time: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST

To be eligible, candidates must have:

  • Quiet and well-lit home workspace
  • Laptop with minimum 8GB RAM & i5 (8th Gen) processor
  • 720p webcam and quality headset
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
  • Smartphone
