Role Objective & Primary Responsibilities
The Customer Care Representative (AM-II) is primarily responsible for ensuring a high-quality, seamless experience for branch walk-in clients. The role plays a vital part in customer retention, resolving operational inquiries, and reducing grievance escalations to the Regional Service Quality (SQ) team.
1. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Retention: Welcome walk-in branch customers, address banking inquiries, and handle face-to-face and phone interactions. Conduct exit interviews for drop-out clients to identify areas of service improvement.
- Lead Generation & Cross-Selling: Identify customer requirements during interactions to cross-sell financial products and banking services.
- Non-Financial Branch Operations: Process requests for mobile number updates, passbook printing, account statements, ATM/PIN issuance, address updates, and deposit account closures (FD/CASA/RD).
- Alternate Banking Channel Promotion: Educate and encourage branch customers to use cash-dispensing kiosks, ATMs, mobile applications, and phone banking channels.
- Audit & Process Compliance: Support the Assistant CRM and Branch Operations Manager during internal and external audits. Ensure accurate document scanning for loan applications to comply with Turnaround Time (TAT) guidelines.
- Microfinance & BC Interactions: Coordinate with Business Correspondents (BCs) and handle queries stemming from Microfinance Plus activities.
Eligibility Criteria & Skill Requirements
Educational Qualification & Work Experience
- Education: Candidates holding Any Bachelor’s Degree (UG), a 3-Year Diploma, or an ITI Certification are eligible to apply.
