Key Roles & Primary Responsibilities
The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for managing banking relationships with approximately 650 families within a designated geographic territory, promoting microbanking services, group loans, deposits, and third-party financial products.
1. Business & Financial Growth
- Group Loans (GL) & Individual Loans (IL): Drive new customer acquisition for Group Lending and source eligible candidates for unsecured/secured Individual Loans.
- Family Banking Onboarding: Convert Group Loan customers and their references into deposit customers by opening Savings Accounts (CASA) and sourcing Fixed/Recurring Deposits (FD/RD).
- Third-Party Product Sales: Cross-sell suitable life and general insurance products to ensure adequate financial coverage for rural families.
2. Field Operations & Center Meetings
- Area Surveys & Group Formation: Conduct field surveys in assigned locations, organize projection meetings, and hold Compulsory Group Trainings (CGTs).
- Loan Documentation & KYC Verification: Accurately complete Customer Profile Forms, collect mandatory KYC documents, and ensure strict compliance with banking norms.
- Center Meetings & Repayments: Conduct scheduled Center Meetings without fail, collect EMI repayments and deposits, and update transactions using the bank’s digital interface (True-Cell).
- Insurance Claim Assistance: Assist customers with timely insurance claim settlements and administrative support.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Education: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate in any discipline) from a recognized university.
