Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Associate at Vedantu, you will handle cross-platform technical resolutions and internal operations:

  • Multichannel Support: Deliver rapid technical support via email, phone, live chat, ticketing systems, and remote access tools.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues across operating systems, software applications, browsers, and mobile devices.
  • Specialized Operational Tasks: Handle product demo bookings using Vedantu’s internal platform, alongside FinTech operational tasks (comprehensive training provided).
  • End-to-End Ownership: Track, document, and follow up on client issues through resolution or appropriate escalation.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

Educational & Core Background

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Candidates with B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc (CS/IT/Electronics), or M.Sc (CS/IT) with solid troubleshooting skills will have a strong advantage.
