Academic Prerequisite: A completed undergraduate or postgraduate degree (Graduate in any discipline).
Experience Range: 6 months to 2 years of customer success exposure is preferred. However, freshers possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills will be fully considered.
Core Competencies: A strong customer-first attitude, active listening capabilities, basic technical system navigation comfort, and an innate sense of ownership.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Student Care Intern, your daily operations will focus on delivering a seamless support layout:
Omnichannel Inbound Support: Promptly handling student requests, account concerns, and platform queries arriving via phone calls, live chats, or emails following defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Cross-Functional Routing: Coordinating closely with internal technical and academic product teams to ensure deep, complex operational bottlenecks are resolved.
TAT Compliance: Taking total personal ownership of assigned student issues, ensuring cases are fully documented and resolved within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT).
Brand Representation: Maintaining a polished, highly professional, empathetic, and enthusiastic demeanor throughout all active student interactions.
