Key Responsibilities
Query Resolution: Handle inbound student queries primarily through phone calls, along with occasional chat or email support, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Issue Ownership: Understand student concerns, deliver accurate resolutions within Turnaround Times (TAT), and manage issues end-to-end.
Team Coordination: Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate with internal teams for quick resolution.
Performance Metrics: Consistently meet defined quality and productivity standards set by the team.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu) is a plus.
Core Competencies: Clear verbal communication, active listening, and basic computer proficiency.
