Job Description
As part of the International Non-Voice Process team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and professional customer support through chat or email channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and issues in a prompt, efficient manner
- Ensure all communication meets company quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on unresolved issues
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction in every interaction
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) can apply
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
✅ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
