💼 Job Description
As a Trainee at Wipro, you will be responsible for configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration System according to client requirements. You’ll work with internal tools and databases, ensuring software systems meet quality and performance standards.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and test the Total Benefit Administration System based on client needs.
- Use proprietary tools to set up parameters/tables as defined in analysis.
- Understand and apply SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles.
- Write and execute SQL queries for testing and data validation.
- Perform system and software quality assurance testing.
- Collaborate with teams and report testing results efficiently.
🧠 Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of SDLC, SAS, and Mainframe concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL – ability to write simple and complex queries.
- Knowledge of automation testing principles (basic exposure desirable).
- Familiarity with DB2 and relational database concepts.
- Analytical skills to break down and analyze complex problems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned work.

- Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (9.5 hours shift)
- Service Agreement: 12 Months
