🧾 Role Purpose
The purpose of this internship role is to design, develop, and troubleshoot engineering solutions, models, and simulations using various software tools based on client and project requirements. Interns will gain exposure to real-world projects, industry-standard tools, and best practices.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Design & Development
- Work on engineering software such as CAD and CAE to build models as per project plans
- Test prototypes and designs for stress, impact, and boundary conditions
- Create functional prototypes based on engineering drawings
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new requirements
- Run simulations in virtual environments to provide optimized solutions
- Ensure software tools are updated with the latest features
- Improve applications by identifying enhancement opportunities
- Follow industry-standard operating procedures while modeling solutions
2️⃣ Customer Support & Problem Solving
- Fix defects raised by clients or integration teams
- Develop software verification and quality assurance plans
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

- Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards
3️⃣ Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports
- Maintain documentation and repositories for design changes
- Track and maintain client timesheets
- Provide written knowledge transfer and project history
