About the SIM Program
Wipro’s SIM program is designed to help Diploma graduates build a strong foundation in IT Infrastructure Management while simultaneously completing a B.Tech in Information Systems, fully sponsored by Wipro.
The program includes:
- Technical training
- Behavioral training
- Hands-on project exposure
- Real-time IT infrastructure operations experience
The goal is to develop industry-ready IT professionals capable of meeting global standards.

- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Diploma: Minimum 50%

Batch Eligibility
- Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025
Additional Criteria
- Maximum 3 years gap allowed between 10th and Diploma start.
- Only full-time Diploma programs permitted.
- Core Mathematics mandatory in Diploma.
- Business/Applied Mathematics not accepted as Core Mathematics.
- Open school/distance education allowed for 10th/12th.
- One backlog permitted during assessment; must be cleared by 6th semester.
- Indian citizens, PIO, or OCI card holders eligible.
- Bhutan/Nepal nationals must provide citizenship documents.
- Candidates who attended a Wipro selection process in the last 3 months are not eligible.
- Must be 18 years or above at onboarding.
Selection Process
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Verbal Ability: 20 mins, 20 questions
- Analytical Ability: 20 mins, 20 questions
- Quantitative Ability: 20 mins, 20 questions
- Written Communication Test: 20 mins
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Round 4 – Pre-Skilling Training
Service Agreement
- Duration: 48 months
- Candidates leaving before completion must repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
