About Wipro SIM (School of IT Infrastructure Management)
Wipro Technologies has introduced the School of IT Infrastructure Management (SIM) — a unique program for Diploma holders who aspire to build a career in the IT domain while pursuing higher education.
Through the SIM initiative, candidates get the opportunity to work full-time at Wipro and simultaneously pursue a B.Tech in Information Systems from a top Indian university recognized as an Institute of Eminence (IoE) by the Government of India.
This program is a blend of work experience, academic learning, and technical upskilling — making it a perfect start for Diploma students aiming to grow in the IT sector.
Eligibility Criteria

| Age Limit | 18 years or above |
| Education Type | Only full-time Diploma courses allowed |
Additional Conditions:
- Maximum 3 years of education gap allowed between 10th and Diploma.
- Must have studied Core Mathematics in Diploma (Business/Applied Maths not accepted).
- Indian Citizens / PIO / OCI eligible.
- Candidates who appeared for Wipro selection in last 3 months are not eligible.
Evaluation Process
The selection process includes 4 stages:
1️⃣ Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Verbal Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)
- Analytical – 20 mins (20 questions)
- Quantitative – 20 mins (20 questions)
- Written Communication Test – 20 mins
2️⃣ Voice Assessment
3️⃣ Business Discussion Round
4️⃣ Pre-Skilling Training
Service Agreement
📜 Candidates are required to sign a 48-month service agreement.
If a candidate leaves before the period, joining bonus repayment applies on a pro-rata basis.
