This special hiring drive caters to BCA and B.Sc. graduates from the 2024 and 2025 passing batches. Designed as an “Earn while You Learn” initiative, selected candidates join Wipro as Scholar Trainees while pursuing a fully company-sponsored M.Tech degree from a top engineering university in India.

Stipend Breakdown & Financial Growth

Participants receive a structured monthly stipend that increases each year, alongside full sponsorship of their postgraduate tuition fees:

  • 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI) per month + ₹75,000 One-time Joining Bonus
  • 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI) per month
  • 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI) per month
  • 4th Year: ₹23,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Degrees Allowed: BCA or B.Sc. (Full-time degrees recognized by Central/State Governments).
  • Eligible B.Sc. Streams: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics.
  • Core Mathematics Rule: Candidate must have studied Core Mathematics as a subject during graduation. (Note: Business Maths and Applied Maths are not accepted as Core Math).
  • Marks Requirement: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in Graduation.
  • 10th & 12th Standard: Pass (Open School/Distance Education allowed only for 10th & 12th).

2. Gap & Backlog Guidelines

  • Backlogs: Maximum 1 active backlog allowed at the time of the online assessment. Candidates must clear all backlogs by the end of their final semester.
  • Graduation Gap: Zero gaps allowed during graduation. Degree must be completed in exactly 3 years.
  • Education Gap: Up to a 3-year gap is permissible between 10th standard and the start of graduation.
  • Cool-off Period: Candidates who previously appeared for Wipro tests must have completed a 3-month cool-off period.

Selection Process & Assessment Pattern

Every eligible applicant must go through a 3-round selection procedure:

[Round 1: Online Assessment (80 Mins)] ➔ [Round 2: Voice Assessment (20 Mins)] ➔ [Round 3: Business Discussion]
  1. Round 1 — Online Assessment (80 Minutes):
    • Verbal Ability: 20 questions (20 mins)
    • Analytical Ability: 20 questions (20 mins)
    • Quantitative Aptitude: 20 questions (20 mins)
    • Written Ability Test: Essay/Writing section (20 mins)
  2. Round 2 — Voice Assessment: 20-minute English oral communication evaluation.
  3. Round 3 — Business Discussion: Operational/HR discussion prior to Letter of Intent (LOI) issuance.

Service Agreement Details

  • Candidates signing up for the program enter a 60-month Training Agreement.
  • A breach liability of ₹75,000 (payable on a pro-rata basis) applies if a candidate leaves Wipro before the 60-month term ends.
