What is Wipro’s WILP?
Wipro’s WILP is designed to nurture bright young talent by providing a holistic learning experience. It’s not just a job; it’s a comprehensive program where you work at Wipro and simultaneously pursue an M.Tech degree, fully sponsored by Wipro. This means gaining invaluable industry experience, earning a competitive stipend, and securing a postgraduate qualification, all at once!
Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria
Wipro is looking for dedicated and academically strong graduates who are ready to commit to a challenging yet rewarding journey.
Key Eligibility Points:
- Academic Excellence:
- 10th & 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above (as per university guidelines).
- Graduation Year: Passing out in 2025.
- Qualifications:
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application)
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics.
- Mandatory Subject: You must have studied Core Mathematics as one subject during Graduation. (Business Maths & Applied Maths are not considered Core Mathematics).
- Education Gaps:
- Max 3 years of GAP allowed between 10th and commencement of graduation.
- No Gaps allowed in Graduation. Graduation must be completed within 3 years.
- Backlogs: One backlog is allowed at the time of online assessment, but you must clear it along with your 6th semester.
- Citizenship: Indian Citizen, PIO, or OCI card holder. Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need a citizenship certificate.
- Age: 18 years or above at the time of registration.
- Cool-off Period: Candidates who have completed a 3-month cool-off period (if applicable from previous Wipro processes) will be invited for the test.
Your Career & Compensation Journey
This program is a significant investment in your future. Here’s a glimpse of the financial and career benefits:
- CTC: INR 15,488.00 per month (initial).
- Stipend Structure (Per Month):
- 1st year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI)
- 2nd year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI)
- 3rd year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI)
- 4th year: ₹23,000
- Joining Bonus: A substantial ₹75,000 bonus to kickstart your journey!
- Service Agreement: A 60-month (5-year) service agreement applies, with a pro-rata payback clause for the joining bonus if you leave early.
The Selection Process: Your Path to Wipro
Every eligible candidate will undergo a structured selection process:
- Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Verbal (20 mins, 20 questions)
- Analytical (20 mins, 20 questions)
- Quantitative (20 mins, 20 questions)
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
- Round 2: Voice Assessment
- Round 3: Business Discussion
Successful candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), followed by pre-skilling training. Clearing this training will lead to your final offer letter.
