Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer queries via ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with Sales, Laboratory, and internal teams for timely resolution.
- Support both external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 0.5 years experience in diagnostics or general customer support (Preferred).
- Freshers with Life Sciences educational background are welcome.
- Good English communication skills (mandatory).
- Ability to speak Hindi.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts (no night shifts).
Shift Timings:
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 6 days a week, rotational weekly off
Salary Details:
💰 CTC: ₹2.4 LPA
💰 Take-Home: ₹16,000 per month (approx.)
