• Build rapport with prospects and understand where they stand in the buying process.
• Gather and document key customer information in Zoho CRM.
• Assign appropriate nurture paths and follow-up strategies.
• Identify and qualify opportunities that meet the company’s sales criteria.
• Manage incoming sales calls and emails and assign them to the right sales representatives.
• Support the sales cycle by ensuring timely communication and lead conversion.
