Build rapport with prospects and understand where they stand in the buying process.
Gather and document key customer information in Zoho CRM.
Assign appropriate nurture paths and follow-up strategies.
Identify and qualify opportunities that meet the company’s sales criteria.
Manage incoming sales calls and emails and assign them to the right sales representatives.
Support the sales cycle by ensuring timely communication and lead conversion.
