🧠 Role Summary
As a Solution Expert at Zoho, you will work closely with US-based customers to understand business needs, deliver compelling product demos, build proof-of-concept (POC) solutions, and provide technical guidance throughout deployments. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and high customer adoption.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demos, workshops, and technical consultations
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Configure and customize applications to match client workflows
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate, relevant technical inputs
- Provide training and proactive support to drive product adoption
- Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve challenges
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, business analysis, or application development
- Strong knowledge of low-code / no-code platforms
- Strong programming knowledge in any language (excluding Python)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and system workflows
- Willingness to work night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
