🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of UX design experience (Portfolio is mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
