Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Deliver real-time voice support (inbound and outbound) to domestic and international clients.
- Rapport & Communication: Build customer relationships through clear, empathetic, and confident English communication.
- Resolution Focus: Aim for high First-Time Resolution (FTR) rates and ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Technical Escalations: Work closely with product developers and engineering teams to resolve complex technical bugs.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with the technical documentation team to identify and fix gaps in the help modules and knowledge base.
Eligibility & Skill Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, B.B.A, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Aptitude: Basic technical troubleshooting skills, logical reasoning, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and operate in rotational shift patterns.

- Technical & Scenario Round: Basic IT/networking knowledge & scenario-based customer support handling.
