Core Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Mandate
At Loop by Zolo, the front office serves as the energetic nerve center of the property. Your day-to-day commitments will center around four key metrics:
Seamless Guest Operations: Managing efficient, friendly check-in and check-out workflows, clarifying booking or billing details, and coordinating swiftly with housekeeping and plant operations.
Vibe & Community Building: Greeting incoming travelers with genuine warmth, driving a welcoming social environment, and actively encouraging guests to join internal community events.
Proactive Problem Solving: Handling busy arrival hours calmly, addressing guest queries with speed, and turning negative complaints into positive “service recovery” moments.
Driving Online Ratings: Generating micro-“wow” moments by providing personalized local recommendations, identifying repeat guests, and ensuring travelers leave glowing online reviews.

Education: Open to Fresh Graduates from any academic stream looking to kickstart a customer-experience career.

Communication Skills: Strong, confident English verbal communication skills with positive, open body language are required.
