🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Invoice Processing
- Process invoices accurately and on time
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Correct and reverse incorrect invoice postings
- Resolve blocked invoice issues
- Manage invoice re-coding tasks
🔹 Payments
- Generate payment proposals
- Perform payment audits and exception handling
- Coordinate with markets for payment approvals
- Forecast payments to treasury
- Maintain payment records for audit purposes
🔹 Vendor Master Management
- Set up and modify vendor accounts
- Follow up on discrepancies with vendors/requesters
- Track work-in-progress updates
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Back Office Finance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
