📍 Location: SIPCOT IT PARK, Siruseri – Chennai (Remote + Onsite)
🕗 Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
👥 Experience: 1 to 3 Years
✅ Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IP-based phones.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely (WFH).
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Collaborate with users and internal teams for faster resolution.
- Maintain support logs, system changes, and documentation.
- Knowledge in Linux is an added advantage.
