🧠 About the Role:

As a Process Associate – P2P (Procure to Pay), you will handle end-to-end accounts payable processes. Your key responsibility is managing vendor accounts, invoice processing, resolving exceptions, and ensuring compliance with SLA and timelines.

You will play an essential role in supporting IBM’s clients worldwide in streamlining their finance operations through agile processes, automation, AI-powered workflows, and hybrid cloud solutions.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Procure to Pay (P2P) transactions
• Invoice matching, resolving errors, and processing payments
• Address vendor queries and take follow-up actions
• Identify potential process issues and suggest solutions
• Ensure compliance with SLA, accuracy, and timelines
• Collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting)
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in invoice processing, resolving exceptions, and vendor management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
