🎓 Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification (Any one of the following):
- B.Com / M.Com
- BBA / BBM
- B.C.S (Bachelor of Corporate Secretaryship)
- MBA (Finance)
- Other degrees related to Commerce or Accounting
🧠 Key Skills Required
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) process
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Flexibility to work in shift timings and during month-end closings
📅 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Generate and submit invoices for shipments and services
- Communicate with clients to ensure timely payments
- Prepare AR reports and GL reconciliations
- Assist corporate treasury with accurate cash flow forecasts
- Resolve disputes, resend missing invoices if required
- Support audits and month-end accounting
- Help in team training and transition of new clients
