- Graduating in 2026 (UG/PG, any stream)
- No prior experience required
- Strong communication & analytical skills
- Eagerness to learn and solve real-world problems
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Learn Recruit CRM’s platform and the recruitment process
- Manage client queries via chat, email, and video calls
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering)
- Identify and communicate user needs and feature requests
💰 Salary & Benefits
🧪 During Traineeship (6 months):
- Work Hours: 8.5 hours/day
- Stipend: ₹20,000/month
🎯 After Traineeship:
- CTC: ₹8,00,000 per annum
- ₹6 LPA fixed

🕒 Shifts After Full-Time Placement
Depending on business needs, shifts may include:

- Middle East: Flexible 4 or 5-day shifts
