As a Service Desk Voice Support Associate at Infosys BPM, youβll be responsible for:

Providing first-level technical support via voice, chat, and email
β
Troubleshooting issues related to VPN connectivity, Microsoft Office 365, driver installations, Active Directory, networking, and operating systems
β
Managing incidents using tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control-M
β
Ensuring timely resolution of problems and maintaining high customer satisfaction
β
Documenting interactions and technical issues accurately
β
Staying updated with new technologies and participating in training sessions
β Must-Have Skills
β Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
β Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Mac, etc.) and basic networking
β Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
β Ability to handle customer issues with empathy and ownership
β Mandatory Requirements
π« Excellent communication is non-negotiable
π Willingness to work in US shifts and 24×7 rotational schedules
π’ 100% Work from Office β no hybrid or remote option

Open to working weekends and holidays as per schedule
